FulcrumTech was asked to create a clinical extranet to help manage the multitude of documents used by INO Therapeutics’ worldwide clinical trials team.
Solution
We developed an extranet that includes a sophisticated, yet easy-to-use editorial and file management tool. In addition, we designed and built a new online patient screening tool that completely automates the capture of patient screening data, dramatically reduces manual effort, as well as facilitates necessary reporting and metrics.
Results
Email open rates for trial communications now range between 50% and 65%, with rates for some emails reaching as high as 85%.
